Metal photo etching.

A metal frame always tends to attract attention by its intriguing appeal. A handmade metal frame can be much more attractive due to the special efforts made. In fact, these handmade metal frames can also be wonderful gift options. Here is a step-by-step guide to taking a metallic photo using some cheap items. Clock:

Necessary material

-Put metal sniper rifles

-Sound of 1/4-glue for corrugated metal with 1/4-glue

-Measuring tape

-Rule

–Razor

-boy

-Two image hangers

-Card

-Strengthening the strong metal tail

First, find out the exact length and width of the metal photo etching you intend to frame in this hand-made frame.

Zero image size, which can vary with image size. For example, a small image would work well in a 1 or 1 and a half wide frame, while a larger image would appear balanced only in a 2 to 3 wide frame.

Now it is necessary to add the effective measurements with an additional margin of about three times the actual dimensions on both sides. The frame parts would be cut from 1 1/4 inch by 1/4 inch corrugated metal with offensive metal cuts that can cut straight lines or angles.

Now place the two side pieces according to the width of the photo. For example, if the given image is six centimeters wide, then the two side pieces should be placed at a distance of six centimeters from each other.

The next thing you will need to do is attach a 45 degree bend line to the back of the ends of the upper and lower parts. Engraving on the metal frame can be done with the tip of a razor and a controller as a guide. Then place some metal glue on the fold lines and fold the corner of the pieces along the marked lines to create a 45-degree angle to the front of the top and bottom pieces. The parts of the folded frame must be cut later. Allow the pieces to dry.

Now attach the top and bottom of the frame to the sides using a metal glue. It should form an appropriate shape depending on the image.

Then cut a cardboard size half an inch smaller than the general dimensions compared to a corrugated metal frame.

Glue the photo to the cardboard with acid-free tape and attach this frame base to the back of the corrugated metal frame using metal glue. Let it dry.

Extended photo

Photo engraving allows your drawing to be engraved with a chemical / acid solution instead of being stamped or printed. Similarly, stamped keys die; to add color, we can then fill each recovered area with colored resin and cover the surface with clear enamel. This brightens the look of your product and adds a protective layer to your key.

Casting the spine

Spin Casting is a production method commonly used with metal alloys. The metal can be easily hollowed out to reproduce complex 3D drawings. Production may take longer than other methods, but the results are 3D metal drawings.

To hang the frame, glue two image hangers on the back of the frame and well, you’re done with a handmade metal photo etching frame!
